I hate to say it, but I've been in a similar situation and (I can't believe I am admitting to this) I resorted to taking her pants off and using them as a wipe, threw them in the sanitary bin and daughter had to go commando for the rest of the afternoon (she was wearing jeans, so saved everso slightly there!)
